Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are considered final. However, unopened products may be eligible for return if the request is made within three days of receiving the order. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for consideration.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact our support team before shipping the product.
Return Process
Email UncleMilos1@gmail.com within three days of delivery and provide a photo of the unopened product.
Request the return shipping address and notify us that you intend to return the product.
Ship the unopened product and send the tracking number by email.
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Additional Information
Our Returns & Refunds policy applies only to purchases made directly through Uncle Milo's website. Products purchased through retail stores are not eligible for returns through Uncle Milo's.
